1. How can I order an item?

Order can be made in 3 ways:

- through internet store www.hugthestuff.com (simply just add chosen products to a basket and finish purchasing process, by following on screen instructions)

- by e-mail: info@hugthestuff.com

- by phone: +48 507-965-340

 

2. Do I have to register to order an intem?

No, there is no need to register to place an order. In our store you can place an order as a guest account, without creating an account.

3. What to do if I forgot the password?

Just visit 'My account' section (top right corner of the panel) and press 'Forgotten Password' link in the right column. Then follow further instructions.

4. Does Hug The Stuff have its own store stationary store??

Unfortunately no. At this moment we sell our products online or through agents, who might have our products in their stationary shops.

5. Are all the beddings and pillows made with 100% cotton?

Yes, all our beddings are made of 100% cotton with a satin wave, which makes it very soft and sensuous.

6. Do you sell posters with frames?

No, the posters are not sold with poster frames. We have 1 type of wooden poster frame in our offer that is sold separately.

7. Can I order an item in different size?

Yes, you cen freely order individual size of a poster. If it comes to beddings it depends on a model and some other factors. For indyvidual orders please contact us by e-mail: info@hugthestuff.com

8. How much is the shipping?

Within boarders of Poland Client has 3 shipping methods to choose from:
-DPD Courier – cost 14 zł
-DPD Courier COD (cash on delivery) - cost 16 zł
-Inpost Paczkomaty (parcel lockers) – cost 9 zł

Shipping outside Poland is carried out by Fedex.

Shipping cost within European boarders  is €11,5. Shipping to USA cost €30.

9. How long does delivery take?

Within boarders of Poland usual shipping time is 2-3 working days, counting from the moment of making payment by the customer. Nonetheless we do our best to sthorthen that time to a minimum.

When cash on delivery method is used, shipping time is 2-3 working days counting form the time of placing an order. Delivery cost is due to be paid by the Client.

10. What countries do you ship to?

Shipping outside Poland is carried out by Fedex.

11. Can I follow my delivery on line?

Yes, if Client have chosen DPD Courier form of delivery. In confirmation e-mail we send tracking code, that enables you to track your parcel od DPD website.

12. Can I choose different address of delivery?

Yes, of course. During purchasing process, Client is able to specifu different delivery address.

13. How do I pay?

Clients can use following types of payment:


1. Bank transfer

2. PayU service (quick payment) - Poland only

3. PayPal service

4. Cash on delivery 

14. Can I return an item?

Yes, Client can return product within 14 days from receiving it.

15. How can I return an item?

Product can be returned (without prowiding any reason) within 14 days from receiving it.

Product can be returned in two ways:

1. You can send us an e-mail to info@hugthestuff.com providing order number and name of returning product. In our reply we will inform you about further steps of the return.

2. You can also use premade form of return (download here). Fill it in and send it to an address given below  with proof of purchase attached.

Hug The Stuff will refund purchasing and shipping cost within 7 days from reciving returned product. Costs will be refunded by using the same form of payment Client used to purchase the product. Shipping cost of the return is to be paid by Customer. Returning product should be unused and delivered in original package.

16. How to make a complaint?

COMPLAINTS

To submit a complaint:

1. You can send us an e-mail to info@hugthestuff.com providing order number and photo of a faultu product . It is possible that this information will be sufficient to consider the complaint.

2. You can also use premade form of complaint (download here). Fill it in and send it to an address given below  with proof of purchase attached.

Hug The Stuff after receiving faulty product will consider the complaint and then after consulting the Client will decide if faulty product will be repaired, exchanged for a new one or if the cost of purchase will be refunded.

17. Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanging a product for a different size is possible within 14 days from receiving the product. To do so please send us an e-mail to: info@hugthestuff.com
