2. ORDER PLACING AND PROCESSING

In Hug The Stuff internet store it is possible to place an order as Guest (without creating an account), or as a registered user (with creating an account). To create an account your personal data, e-mail address and phone number is needed. If an account is created, during next visit on the website, it won`t be neccessary to fill in purchasing details again. After you log in you will have access to your shopping history.

To place an order you need to add your chosen product to virtual basket. In next steps you will be asked to fill in purchasing form with your personal data such as: name and surname, delivery address, e-mail address and phone number. It is important to fill in your data properly, otherwise purchasing process can be extended.

In the last step of your ordering process you will be asked to choose type of delivery and form of payment. After receiving your order we start to process it immediately. About next steps of your order you will be informed by e-mail. 


You can also place your order by e-mail. In your message you should specify information about the chosen product such as name and size and send it to our e-mail: info@hugthestuff.com

It is also possible to place an order by phone, calling +48 507-695-340 (Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.)

4. SHIPPING

Within boarders of Poland Client has 3 shipping methods to choose from:

  • DPD Courier – cost 14 zł
  • DPD Courier COD (cashon delivery) - cost 16 zł
  • Inpost Paczkomaty (parcel lockers) – cost 9 zł


Within boarders of Poland usual shipping time is 2-3 working days, counting from the moment of making payment by the customer. Nonetheless we do our best to sthorthen that time to a minimum.

When cash on delivery method is used, shipping time is 2-3 working days counting form the time of placing an order. Delivery cost is due to be paid by the Client.


Shipping outside Poland is carried out by Fedex.

Shipping cost within European Union boarders  costs 12 (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Spain, Ntherlands, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Germany, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungury, United Kingdom, Italy, Norway)

5. RETURNS

Product can be returned (without prowiding any reason) within 14 days from receiving it.


Product can be returned in two ways:

1. You can send us an e-mail to info@hugthestuff.com providing order number and name of returning product. In our reply we will inform you about further steps of the return.

2. You can also use premade form of return (download here). Fill it in and send it to an address given below  with proof of purchase attached.

Hug The Stuff will
refund purchasing and shipping cost within 7 days from reciving returned product. Costs will be refunded by using the same form of payment Client used to purchase the product. Shipping cost of the return is to be paid by Customer. Returning product should be unused and delivered in original package.


6. COMPLAINTS

To submit a complaint:

1. You can send us an e-mail to info@hugthestuff.com providing order number and photo of a faultu product . It is possible that this information will be sufficient to consider the complaint.

2. You can also use premade form of complaint (download here). Fill it in and send it to an address given below  with proof of purchase attached.

Hug The Stuff after receiving faulty product will consider the complaint and then after consulting the Client will decide if faulty product will be repaired, exchanged for a new one or if the cost of purchase will be refunded.
